Engineering Design & Author Supervision

Every successful MEP project starts with rigorous planning. ART RIGHT MMC provides professional design services, including conceptual and detailed engineering drawings, bill of quantities, cost estimates, and material schedules. Beyond design, we offer full‑cycle author supervision – monitoring construction, installation, commissioning, and performance testing to ensure strict adherence to approved plans, safety codes, and quality benchmarks.

Our author supervision for the Karabakh Hotel in Khankendi is a prime example of our commitment to excellence. By employing BIM (Building Information Modeling) and 3D clash detection, we identify and resolve inter‑system conflicts during the design phase, minimising rework on site and ensuring smooth coordination among multiple contractors. This integrated approach guarantees that all MEP subsystems work harmoniously and perform as intended from day one.
